8 · Billing & reselling — built for partners

The platform ships a reseller-grade billing stack, so it can be sold direct or white-labelled and resold by telcos, aggregators, and agencies under their own brand.

Per-tenant commercials

Per-tenant rate cards, invoices, vouchers, and sales contracts — each customer (or reseller's customer) billed independently, in their own currency.

BYOK pass-through

Tenants route on their own carrier/BSP/ESP contracts, so the partner keeps their rates and margin while xNotify provides the platform layer.

10 · Honest guardrails in messaging

  • WhatsApp template approval still depends on Meta. xNotify accelerates submission + status tracking + paused-template warnings, but can't bypass Meta approval.
  • AI reasons on the tenant's own data and won't invent events the tenant doesn't have. Thin data → fewer segments, by design.
  • BYOK means BYO compliance for that channel — the upstream provider's rules apply; xNotify enforces its own layer on top.
  • Push install attribution is on the roadmap (URL-shortener + deep-link layer being built); first-open/install-referrer flow is greenfield.
