10 · Honest guardrails in messaging
- WhatsApp template approval still depends on Meta. xNotify accelerates submission + status tracking + paused-template warnings, but can't bypass Meta approval.
- AI reasons on the tenant's own data and won't invent events the tenant doesn't have. Thin data → fewer segments, by design.
- BYOK means BYO compliance for that channel — the upstream provider's rules apply; xNotify enforces its own layer on top.
- Push install attribution is on the roadmap (URL-shortener + deep-link layer being built); first-open/install-referrer flow is greenfield.
